All Sales are Final. 

Exchange Policy: For our ready to wear pieces, we offer a 14-day window to exchange for size only. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Please email info@sempretu.ca for exchange authorization and let us know your shipment is on its way. You will be responsible for the shipping label. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. This policy does not apply to our made-to-order collection or any printed, embellished, or embroidered items, as these are custom-made just for you!

Once your exchange has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
